Small Group Training

Training in a small group can be really beneficial.  You have the benefit of training with a friend who will help motivate you through the trainings and can act as a distraction.  They can make the training more fun as they can create a level of competition between the two of you which can make you push yourself that bit harder.

Having 2 people means you will learn more by asking questions regarding fitness and nutrition so you can gain more knowledge and skills during the session.

This is also a very cost effective way to train as 1:1 training is £35 per session per person while training in a small group of 2 people is £55 in total.

Training in a small group means you are less likely to cancel as you feel you don’t want to let the other person down.
