This particular "One on One" Booking is a 90 minute slot.
Once booked you will receive your Induction Questionnaire.
You will be required to submit the form at least 24 hours before the First Session booking time.

During the 90 minute session approximately 30minutes will be spent when Carlos will be clarifying any of the details surrounding your needs in order to enable him to develop your personal training plan tailoring to your needs.
Once the needs analysis has been completed and any conversions surrounding your health are complete the remainder of the 90 minute slot will be when the physical workout begins.
Carlos will observe your current fitness during this and later personalise your training plan.
Your following "One on One Training For Time" sessions will be with the trainer of you choice.
