Personal Training 1:1

One to one personal training is the most personalised training you will get.  We come to your home with all equipment needed for each session.

This is the most time efficient training method you will find, because you don’t have to spend time driving and parking to the gym. Also, you don’t need to arrange childcare as we can be training while the kids are with you.

You have one of us to ask any questions during the training and also, you can contact us at any time with your questions or queries regarding fitness or nutrition via private message.

During your sessions we are there for you, to help correct your techniques and motivate you to push through the training. Trainings are fully tailored for you and they are adjusted on your daily circumstances to make your training the most efficient for you. We know some days we are not in the mood to train, but having one of us with you, we guarantee you will get a good workout.

We are there to give advice to help you achieve your goals and make changes to your overall lifestyle and habits to achieve ultimate success. One to one it is the best service you can get to achieve your programmed goals and having a healthier and better lifestyle.
