Each programme will be designed to suit the needs of the individual.

Carlos will hold a virtual meeting on a one to one basis every other week. During this meeting, he will assess your progress towards your pre-defined goals.

You will be presented with a series of physical exercises to complete five out of seven days each week.

While training you may follow instructional videos from a library of pre-recorded private content. These videos will demonstrate the correct methods to undertake the exercises to ensure your safety and wellbeing as you train.

The fuel to sustain your increased exercise is vital. While you burn the calories throughout these weeks Carlos will also support you with new habits surrounding your daily food intake.
